03/02/2016 Even after hitting the road early this morning the guys were still posing for photos at morning break. Food!!! Final stretch of today leading us to the stunning Doubletrees Farm Caravan and Campsite which was generously donated to us. Huge thank you. Walking definitely builds up an appetite and our meals tonight were donated by the fabulous staff at the Four Lords. Huge thank you Phil and Shellie for a wonderful meal and hospitality.
02/02/2016 Stinking of deep heat (other products are available but this is ace stuff!) they set off early again this morning. Sun came up and so did the hills! After an arduous stomp David called for medic support Troy as he was concerned about his calve. On inspection we discovered Davids leg and ankle was swollen……because of a bite reaction! He starts his expedition on 1st Feb and will be supported by RBL outriders along the 545miles route.
